This was passed on to me a few days ago, but I didn’t get around to posting it until today:
Many Christian voters somehow disconnect their values from their votes when they enter the booths. This disconnect demonstrates that they have placed their faith more in the earthly government than their heavenly King. It’s like saying “I know that God hates the slaughter of the innocent (born and unborn), but I’m going to vote for the abortion advocate/defender anyway.”
If you are a Christian and voted for Obama — while understanding what he values and advocates — how do you sleep at night?
Do you really think your vote doesn’t have both temporal and eternal consequences?
Do you really think you won’t have to answer for it someday?
